The place was exactly as described. Kat was friendly and responsive, the cleansing lady did great job in keeping the place clean & tidy. Enjoy our sray here very much.

We had to rebook relatively spontaneously because our original host cancelled. Kat's accommodation came at just the right time and everything worked out well. The Tube takes you to central London quite quickly. However, the location itself is not so nice. Hounslow is definitely not one of the most beautiful suburbs of London. The bathroom is not heated, and when it's below freezing outside, the bathroom is also quite chilly. The facilities are okay overall. Overall, however, the stay was fine and everything went smoothly. Insider tip: Be sure to visit The Bell!
