To help ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and our neighbours, we kindly ask that you note the following:

Strictly no parties or events
No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the apartment
Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM
Only the number of guests included in the booking may stay at the apartment unless agreed in advance

A refundable security deposit of £200 is required before check-in as part of our guest verification process. This is securely processed through our booking system and is fully refunded after check-out, subject to our terms and conditions and provided no damage or breaches of the house rules have occurred

CCTV is in operation covering the exterior of the building and communal areas
There are no cameras inside the flat
